Is your brand the only brand of battery that will work for the scooter or will a off brand name also work and how long do these batteries usually last before you have to replace them

Currently, only our brand's battery can work. It generally lasts 1-2 years, but our batteries never catch fire. So, you can use it with peace of mind. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at any time. Even if the warranty period has expired, we’re still available to diagnose any problems with your mobility scooter. If we can solve the issue with parts, our after-sales team will send the parts to you, although there will be a charge for the parts.

Just got mine delivered and charging the battery. But what is the "bubble" on the battery for, next to the charging port?
