We are extremely pleased with my wife's T3 scooter. From the easy to use app for making the purchase and the quick delivery time less than a week. Your customer service was excellent they answered all my questions promptly. My wife who is handicapped from a stroke adjusted quickly to all its features and ease of use. We just returned from the 4th of July celebration in NYC where she used it extensively on the crowded streets on Manhatten. United airlines shipped it no charge without any problems as long as the battery was removed which we shipped FedEx ground to our hotel a few days earlier.
Here are some suggestions to make it even better.
1. Have a key to help prevent it from being stolen
2. Put a small shock absorber into seat post
3. Offer some accessories such as a retractable cable lock, rear flashing red light. Resr view mirror etc
All in all this was a totally great experience.

I got the Hoverfly mobility scooter for my mom, and it’s been a great choice! It’s easy to fold and fits perfectly in the car. The three wheels offer stability, making it simple for her to get around busy places like grocery stores. She loves the adjustable seat and how smooth the ride is over bumps. Plus, she can go about 13 miles on a charge. It’s really helped her regain her independence, and I’m so glad we chose it!

I only wish I had bought this for him sooner. As his daughter, seeing how much it has improved his daily life is priceless. He says it has given him his freedom and independence back. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

The scooter was fairly easy to unpack and assemble. Scooter has good acceleration and is easy to maneuver. The turning radius is a little narrow. Need to use reverse and then forward in tight turns.
Now for the negatives or wishes. The scooter needs a key for on off, not just a toggle switch. Scooter needs a parking brake to prevent it from rolling when power is shut off. Finally, the battery needs a quick disconnect to reduce the 21 pound weight when lifting scooter into a vehicle. All in all a good little scooter, making these enhancements would make it a GREAT scooter.

Here are my observations and opinions about this T3 mobility scooter:
- Putting it together took some time, but the instructions are clear enough.
- It's a very simple design with minimum extras.
- There are foot rests, but there is no "floor" for anything else to rest on.
- There is no lock or key. Anyone can press the power buttons and activate it.
- The horn is loud and works great.
- The LED front light is bright.
- It takes wide turns.
- Change from forward to reverse is with a left right switch.
- Press down on the right lever to accelerate.
- The blue paint job is very nice looking.
- It uses a proprietary charger.

The benefit of this unit is how compact it can get when folded, thus allowing it to be easily stored in a car. It's great for light duty use on smooth surfaces. The storage capacity is limited to the small basket on the front.
It makes a great addition to anyone who needs additional mobility.

I bought this for my sister after her leg was amputated. It has helped her so much. It was easy to assemble. It’s small enough, lightweight and easy to load and unload. It goes fast enough to go on walks with her family. The battery lasts for over 2 hours on 1 charge. The joy and freedom it’s given her is worth every penny.

I purchased this for a family member recently diagnosed with MS. Needing an assisting device has been upsetting but this one was exciting. This one doesn't look like a typical senior citizen scooter, its more sporty. Assembly was very easy and all tools were included. We took it for a ride around the neighborhood and it did great. We went up and down hill, over bumps and on slants without any issues. The light is bright, the horn is mighty but not too loud and it's fast when you want it to be. Im a fast walker and I was the one trying to keep up. The removable basket is securely attached. The breaks were great, just needed to twist them up a little (not tool required) to get the maximum squeeze. We are excited to get out and go places that were going to be to much walking. I was able to fold it down quickly and load it into my vehicle by myself. Other brands we looked at I would have needed another person to lift with me.

couldn’t be happier with this scooter! It’s lightweight enough (only 60 lbs) that I can lift and fit it easily into my trunk, but still feels very sturdy when riding. The 200W motor handles different surfaces—gravel, grass, even uneven outdoor paths—without a problem, and the shock-absorbing tires make the ride comfortable.

For an electric scooter, it's much lighter than it looks. Even as a woman, I can fold and carry it independently. The controls couldn't be simpler: a joystick for direction and speed, and a button for the horn. It's perfect for seniors or those who've never used a scooter before.

I've used other mobility scooters before, but the build quality and quality of the T3 are clearly superior. The frame feels sturdy, and the three-wheel design provides excellent stability. I feel very secure when cornering, without worrying about tipping over. The tires also perform well on all surfaces. It's a great value!

I just got this scooter delivered and put it together myself, in less than 20 minutes! It goes good on carpet and all over my house. The price was affordable. It folds down easy and fits right in my car.

This is a really nice scooter, handy for people who have a hard time getting around!
HOWEVER, this thing is pretty heavy! 😬 Not super easy to lift after folding, if you need to transport in your vehicle.
A bit of assembly required, but the instructions are clear and it didn’t take long to attach the parts.
It’s a nice size, not huge, but comfortable. The seat is a decent size as well.
Has a small basket up front for storage, a headlight for evening use, a horn, a brake & 330lb capacity.
The almost 4mph speed is sufficient, as it isn’t a scooter. Good for grocery stores, amusement parks, etc.
It came mostly charged already, but charges sufficiently.
