Airlines: No, you cannot take it on a plane. The ET1 battery is 960Wh, which far exceeds the FAA/TSA limit of 160Wh for passenger flights.
Cruises: Not recommended. Most cruise lines have strict policies against non-medical electric vehicles. They may confiscate the unit during boarding due to fire safety regulations.
We recommend checking directly with your cruise line if you have a medical necessity, but for general travel, it is not permitted.
Does this have the slip differential rear axle

Is it difficult to ride if I'm used to a regular bike?
It is super easy. Just for sure to practice in a flat parking lot at PAS level 1 first day.
How do I assemble the trike?
The Hoverfly ET1 usually arrives 85% pre-assembled. You typically only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and baskets. Hoverfly provides a toolkit in the box.
