After I received my hoverfly t4 and the battery was fully charged, the hfc card reader wouldn't work to turn on the display. I have been getting the runaround from hoverfly about getting a replacement part. First none in stock, then we will get on order, but no one will tell me when the restock date is. Why don't you just send me a new t4 and I will return the piece of junk you sent me. What's it going to take to get your mistake resolved?

I am no longer stuck at home! I took my new scooter to visit the Arboretum and had the best day I have had in over a year being stuck at home unable to walk much. This has opened up my life again. Does the battery have to be completely discharged before recharging like maybe it was it was half charged and I wanted to get a full charge
No, the battery does not need to be completely discharged before recharging. In fact, modern mobility scooter batteries work very much like your cell phone battery. It is perfectly fineāand actually better for the battery's lifespanāto top it off whenever you need to.
If your battery is at 50% or 30% and you want to get a full charge before heading out for a longer trip, you can absolutely plug it in and charge it to 100% without any issues. We actually recommend avoiding letting the battery drop to completely zero if possible.
Can you buy extra cards that make the T4 work (instead of a key) if I buy a T4
