I bought this scooter specifically to use at Disney world because I have limited mobility it made my day at Disney so enjoyable it helped me from getting tired out next I’m buying one for my wife
Easy assembly. They look so much better in real life then the pictures. I got a red one for me and a blue one for my husband. They work wonderfully! They've given us back our freedom to go places!

Hoverfly T5 - Black purchased July 2026. Scooter was very easy to unpackage and assemble. I'm 5'-11" now, 79 years, size 11-3E, 220 lbs +/-, and never had a mobility scooter before, but am having my left knee replaced and was told I can not drive for at lest 3 months. This T5 scooter is roomy, comfortable, with 5 mph maximum speed capibility while riding, but there is a learning curve that you must respect. Only 38+/- degrees maximum turning angle for scooter direction changes so using the Turtrle Speed is needed when in stores with wide aisles and a intersections with sloped maneuvering crosswalks. I would recommend this scooter. Thats it!
I enjoy my t3 scooter so much that we purchased a second one for my wife! The seat is comfortable and it's easy to mount / dismount. We enjoy riding our scooters together around the neighborhood much as we enjoyed bike rides years ago. The scooter feels solid and secure and easy to handle. I wish the battery was removable both for weight and also for the convenience of taking it someplace for charging, and with 2 scooters having a backup battery would be a plus. I don't care for the battery level monitor - it's a 3 LED affair and really doesn't give you an accurate, real time assessment of the battery condition, remaining charge or range. I also wish there was a parking brake lock - my scooter coasts when parked on inclines and rolls around in the trunk when folded and being transported - I purchased door stops to use as wheel chocks to help with this, but my rollator has a mechanical hand brake lock and something similar would be useful here, plus I like to hold the brake when mounting and dismounting and a lock would be helpful for that. All in all it's a great, fun little scooter and a good value and we've encouraged a friend and also my sister in law to consider buying one.
I am no longer stuck at home! I took my new scooter to visit the Arboretum and had the best day I have had in over a year being stuck at home unable to walk much. This has opened up my life again. We are beyond please with it’s ability to be transported in the trunk of our SUV. I was beyond comfortable riding it for hours also and I have spine issues as well.
I bought this scooter over a year ago and so far it has been great for my mom. She couldn’t get around without it. Recently I needed a new armrest for it and Jordan, the support associate with Hoverfly sent me a new one for free even though our warranty was expired. Excellent service! Thank you Jordan for all your help.
Finally a part work but I didn't want to come out of my pocket pay for it I just hate the scooter for a month that part really didn't supposed to go out that quick I am looking for some discount

T5 is a very good scooter nice speed goes well in grass. Bit slippery on gravel kinda dig in with the solid tires. All and all good scooter

We are extremely pleased with my wife's T3 scooter. From the easy to use app for making the purchase and the quick delivery time less than a week. Your customer service was excellent they answered all my questions promptly. My wife who is handicapped from a stroke adjusted quickly to all its features and ease of use. We just returned from the 4th of July celebration in NYC where she used it extensively on the crowded streets on Manhatten. United airlines shipped it no charge without any problems as long as the battery was removed which we shipped FedEx ground to our hotel a few days earlier.
Here are some suggestions to make it even better.
1. Have a key to help prevent it from being stolen
2. Put a small shock absorber into seat post
3. Offer some accessories such as a retractable cable lock, rear flashing red light. Resr view mirror etc
All in all this was a totally great experience.

I think that I'm going to get a lot of use out of this.its easy to load in the car and I get around great.it gives me more freedom to go places and it looks good too.just love it
The way pkgs go to wrong places up here it was good to have. The box and product were not damaged so I didnt have to use it.
Looks nice. Very flimsey. I have my doubts it can support 330 pounds. I like that the battery comes out. I like the basket.
It is working out just fine. It’s a little heavier than we thought it would be. It was kind of awkward getting in the car. But I think we’ve figured out how to get it in. So far so good.

I love the Hooverfly. I bought one for me and one for my Spouse. This give him independence to go woth me and our grandchild. The only problems is him turning g and the scooter does not turn sharp enough.
