Didn't like the seat. I choose it because it was like a seated scooter but this seat makes it feel like an amigo
The T5 is rock solid. I feel very safe and steady on it compared to my old scooter. It’s compact enough to maneuver easily, but still feels heavy-duty. Exactly what I needed for getting around town!

I bought the ET1 to reduce my car usage for short trips around town. It’s absolutely brilliant! The rear basket is massive—I can easily fit three full bags of groceries from the local market in there. The motor is powerful enough that even when the trike is fully loaded with heavy groceries, it zips right up the slight inclines on my way home. Plus, I don't have to worry about finding parking!
I haven't been on a bicycle in over 15 years because my balance just isn't what it used to be, and I was terrified of falling. This electric trike gave me my freedom back. I can pedal to get my heart rate up, but if I get tired, I just use the electric assist to cruise back home. It feels incredibly stable around corners. Best investment for my physical and mental health.
My siblings and I chipped in to get the T5 for our dad for Father's Day. He had been stuck inside all spring due to his hip acting up. Now he takes it down to the local lake every single evening to watch the sunset. The four wheels give him excellent stability on the unpaved dirt trails near the water. Seeing him get his outdoor life back has been priceless.
The seat swivels all the way around and the armrests flip up completely! It makes sliding onto the scooter with my bad hip completely painless.

The controls are very straightforward, even for someone who isn't 'tech-savvy.' Shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition.
I love it. Should have gotten 4 wheels but that’s just me. Only thing I’m not thrilled about is when you’re not moving forward or backwards it’s in neutral so you have to keep a grip on the break. And no lock position which makes it easy to steal .

Outstanding Power...able to carry 305+ lbs. up steep hills and over grass and gravel. Stable and Safe at any speed. AND automatic Electric Braking is perfect.
I've been using the T5 to get around town instead of constantly driving my car for short trips. It's quiet, rides smooth, and gives me so much independence to just get out and enjoy the outdoors. The battery holds up wonderfully for long afternoons in the park.
I use my T4 New Edition almost every evening to walk my dog around the neighborhood. The front LED headlight is super bright and makes me feel very visible and safe at dusk. The controls are intuitive and easy to read. Highly recommend it!
The oversized rear basket is fantastic for grocery runs. I can load it up with heavy bags, and the motor doesn't struggle at all up the hill to my house. It feels like a real utility vehicle for my daily errands.
