Here's a table summarizing the troubleshooting and fixes for T4 and T5 Mobility Scooters:

 

Beep Sound Issue Solution
One beep Low voltage or normal If the battery is low, charge it. If it’s fine, check the controller connections or replace the controller.
Two beeps Motor connection loose Reconnect the motor wires.
Three beeps Controller failure Replace the controller.
Four beeps Motor failure Replace the motor.
Seven beeps Potentiometer or governor failure Replace the potentiometer or governor.
Eight beeps Controller failure Replace the controller.
Nine beeps Electromagnetic brake failure Check electric gear or brake cable connections.
No beeps Electromagnetic brake in "D" position Insert the key, reverse for 5 seconds. If there’s no movement or sound, the controller is bad. If there’s movement or sound, the controller is fine.
