Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the past two months of SNAFUs. I received the scooter in a box shortly after I bought it. I was easy to put together and get it up and running. The only problem was that it didn't seem to charge the battery. The next day I emailed Hoverfly as indicated in some of the paperwork. Got an email from GOTRAX, which I think is their support service. Chatted back and forth with a person named Kayla. She figured out that the battery was bad. She said that there were no batteries in the warehouse and it would be a month until they got any in. Long story short, she kept in touch so I knew what all was happening and all of a sudden there was a new battery delivered on the door step. Only took a little time to change them out and now everything seems to be working as it is supposed to. After a few days or running around on it Iβve put about 33 miles on it. I love the ability to get to the local stores and run my usual errands. Parking is easiest!
Great scooter. Have it for a few days now and Iβm loving it. I got Z6 and itβs very sturdy and fast. Top speed of 22MPH.
Steel frame, front and rear shocks, great motor, great lights, and I LOVE the flashing brake light even when the head light and tail light are not turned on. Very cool. Covered by the Gotrax one year warranty. Amazing.
I had a problem that seemed at first to be serious. Customer service worked diligently with me for over a week, but it turned out to be a simple, easy fix that cost me nothing. Customer service "held my hand" the whole time. They were professional, capable, and focused on my needs.
