I waited to review my husband's T-3 scooter until after we had a chance try it in different places. It was wonderful for my husband to be able to shop again going up and down the aisles. We tested it out on an out of state overnight trip where we stayed in a hotel and he was even able to ride it around the handicapped room we booked! Since I couldn't lift the 50 pounds it weights we invested in a trailer hitch. I lower the seat and handle as far as it goes and use a bicycle chain and lock wrapped around the undercarriage of the trailer and not only it can't move, its more secure. I bought 2 waterproof rugs to keep water from splashing underneath. I also bought a waterproof cover. Be sure to use ratchets or rope to secure the scooter in place. Many states don't allow bungees. Thanks to Hoverfly caring about the handicapped, we have our life back!
