Packing was awesome.
Assembly was straight forward. You might need some help if you think a screwdriver refers an orange juice drink, but most mechanically adept will breeze through it.
Charging is surprisingly fast.
I've taken it out on a few 12 mile jaunts and still had all the bars on the battery. It climbs hills nicely. I peddle a lot, but really appreciate having the motor when I get farther away from home than intended.
Awesome bike easy to put together and my son loves it
I just got one of those. Pretty easy to assemble once I read the manual. Abit heavier than what I was hoping but, it rides smooth and quiet with or without the motor. I have to be riding about 20 miles a day (round trip) to work so, this bike is going to be fun.

I’ve been wanting to buy one of these for awhile, and I’m happy that I finally did.
