Kindly reminder:
1. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for returns.
2. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. After receiving the return, we’ll process your refund within 2-5 business days.


Exceptions for 30-Day Returns


1. No returns accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
2. Parts or accessories are non-returnable.

Order Cancellation Request


Order Placed Contact us immediately to cancel before shipment.
Order shiped Hoverfly will attempt a recall. If successful, you will cover the recall/handling fee $80. If not, refuse the package upon delivery and notify us.
Order Delivered Reach Hoverfly team to initiate a return. Please noted you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exchange Products

If you want to exchange a product, please contact at your earliest convenience to inquire about possibilities and arrangements. Make sure to include your order number. We will respond within one working day.

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned by the carrier. Please carefully enter your address and check for any errors before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Package Loss

If you suspect your package is lost, contact us with your order number and tracking number so that our customer service team can initiate a package loss claim. This will help recover your lost or missing package. The process will take 7 days until formal confirmation is received from the shipping company.

We offer shipping insurance at checkout with Route. We strongly recommend purchasing it. In case of damage during transit, insurance allows you to file a claim for a full refund or a full new one as soon as possible.
