Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the past two months of SNAFUs. I received the scooter in a box shortly after I bought it. I was easy to put together and get it up and running. The only problem was that it didn't seem to charge the battery. The next day I emailed Hoverfly as indicated in some of the paperwork. Got an email from GOTRAX, which I think is their support service. Chatted back and forth with a person named Kayla. She figured out that the battery was bad. She said that there were no batteries in the warehouse and it would be a month until they got any in. Long story short, she kept in touch so I knew what all was happening and all of a sudden there was a new battery delivered on the door step. Only took a little time to change them out and now everything seems to be working as it is supposed to. After a few days or running around on it Iβve put about 33 miles on it. I love the ability to get to the local stores and run my usual errands. Parking is easiest!

The machine itself is very nice. The only problem weβre having with it is itβs pretty heavy. My daughter helps take care of me and itβs very hard for her to lift in and out of the car. I tried to cancel it and get a lighter scooter and then claimed that it already been shipped I rejected it with FedEx and they turned right around and red delivered it and they put it in a spot at my house Where I did not see it when I did see it they were already . We are trying to figure out now the way of shipping it back if we canβt figure out a way to make it light enough, she can get it in the car.
I purchased the Hoverfly Ourea Electric Bike 26β, from Amazon in Jan 2025 for my daughter who is a college student with long commutes to class and lacrosse practice. Here it is Sep 2025 and the bike only worked for about 30 days total. It is a defective bike and we have had a terrible time with Hoverflys customer service team basically putting the burden of fixing the multiple major issues on my daughter, who had to fumble with various parts sent to her without instructions and sent to the wrong address on multiple occasions.
This bike had ongoing and serious defects since purchased.It has been incredibly frustrating for our family, particularly because our daughter is 3000 miles away, leaving us unable to help her attempt to fix the various issues with the bike by herself.
Despite attempts to troubleshoot and work with Hoverflys, the bike is no longer functional and cannot be used safely. The most recent repair the company advised us did not work. This was after sending a controller, throttle, and mainline. None of which fixed the intermittent inoperation. Multiple repair attempts and communications have failed to resolve the issues.Β
We have attempted to do everything the company directed but this bike is defective and has failed despite extensive troubleshooting. The burden of repair has been unreasonable.Β
The return timeframe through Amazon has passed as we were hopeful that we could work with Hoverflys to address the repairs, but now we are out of time and money. We have asked Hoverflys to honor their warranty but they kept exhausting us with more repairs.
Do not purchase a product from this company.
We have requested a refund for this defective product but have not had a response from Hoverflys.
Rest assured my daughter will be spreading the word on social media that this product and this company do not support their customers.

I bought this for my mom. She's 80 years old and doesn't understand anything about electronic products. But the T5's control panel is incredibly intuitiveβit took her less than half an hour to fully learn how to go forward, reverse, and turn. The speed settings are adjustable, and I set it to the low gear for her, which feels very safe. Now sheβs the coolest grandma in the community!
Very easily assembled, under 20 minutes once you pre-read the instructions. note - seat bracket assembly, pay close attention to the pictures for correct orientation to the bracket. Other than that, amazingly simple instructions. Very sturdy and well-built and easily transportable. Battery is easy to remove for charging, can also be charged without removal. Scooter will not drive while charging. Key is needed to operate. Adjustable seat and arm rests, the drive stem is also adjustable for different sizes of people. Drive controls, headlights, battery gauge, horn and key are all on the stem dashboard. Fun to drive and a comfortable ride on hard surfaces and grass. Charges quickly and good battery life. The scooter has everything I need to get around. It goes about 3.7 MPH. Has voice alerts. A user-friendly scooter. Takes the turns well. Well worth the purchase.
The stability provided by the four wheels is unparalleled, especially on uneven sidewalks and grass. The seats are spacious, and the armrests feel very secure. The range is very accurate; I use it daily to pick up the newspaper and go to the park, and only need to charge it once a week. It's definitely worth the money.
For an electric scooter, it's much lighter than it looks. Even as a woman, I can fold and carry it independently. The controls couldn't be simpler: a joystick for direction and speed, and a button for the horn. It's perfect for seniors or those who've never used a scooter before.
I've used other mobility scooters before, but the build quality and quality of the T3 are clearly superior. The frame feels sturdy, and the three-wheel design provides excellent stability. I feel very secure when cornering, without worrying about tipping over. The tires also perform well on all surfaces. It's a great value!
I just got this scooter delivered and put it together myself, in less than 20 minutes! It goes good on carpet and all over my house. The price was affordable. It folds down easy and fits right in my car.
Purchased this chair for my family. Very nice foldable wheelchair with a big front light. important thing is that it can fit to my trunk( Toyota camry). But it will take some time to install, same hole is too small, my husband have to push really hard to get the screw in.
This says it's for people up to 6'1" or 6'2". My son is 5'10" and my wife is 5'8". It's comfortable for them, but would be more comfortable if the seat could be adjusted to a higher height or scooted back more, but it can't. It has a lever for choosing to drive or push it. The battery is easily removed for charging, loading or unloading the scooter. The handlebar adjusts to different angles easily and the seat lifts straight up for removing. It beeps when you are backing up and it has driven smoothly on cement and grass for us so far. We'll be trying it out at the zoo on Wednesday. It's nice that my wife can start going on family outings again. It came with most tools needed and has 2 keys. We like that it's shell is a vinyl material so that it doesn't scratch like metal would. We hope to be using this for many years.
This was my first time purchasing such a large item online, and I was initially apprehensive. However, the entire process, from contacting customer service to placing the order and receiving the product, was a pleasant one. The customer service was very professional and answered all my questions. Delivery was immediate and well-packed. Installation on the car was easy, and I was able to follow the instructions. I give a thumbs up to both the product and the service!
We have a Hoverfly Z5 that got damaged. I contacted Customer Service and they said they would replace the broken part at NC. I was contacted by Lydia who was very helpful and I received the new part in a timely manner. My wife and I find our Hoverflies very useful when we are camping and the grandchildren love them. This is a really nice scooter, handy for people who have a hard time getting around!
HOWEVER, this thing is pretty heavy! π¬ Not super easy to lift after folding, if you need to transport in your vehicle.
A bit of assembly required, but the instructions are clear and it didnβt take long to attach the parts.
Itβs a nice size, not huge, but comfortable. The seat is a decent size as well.
Has a small basket up front for storage, a headlight for evening use, a horn, a brake & 330lb capacity.
The almost 4mph speed is sufficient, as it isnβt a scooter. Good for grocery stores, amusement parks, etc.
It came mostly charged already, but charges sufficiently.

Assembly was easy... took only a few minutes. Purchased for my grandpa, but can't keep the kids off it! Haha. Smooth ride, wheels have a lot of traction. Extra wheels in the back to prevent tipping. Fold up so it can be transported easily. Nice basket for carrying wallet or phone or groceries. Love the color, it helps with visibility. Highly recommend. Great battery life as well.
Easy to install. Foldable. Comes with speaker and light. Easy to operate. Suitable for traveling around the house. I hope the battery life is good. The only pity is that there are no installation instructions.
