Great service
I bought this scooter over a year ago and so far it has been great for my mom. She couldn’t get around without it. Recently I needed a new armrest for it and Jordan, the support associate with Hoverfly sent me a new one for free even though our warranty was expired. Excellent service! Thank you Jordan for all your help.

Love it!
We are extremely pleased with my wife's T3 scooter. From the easy to use app for making the purchase and the quick delivery time less than a week. Your customer service was excellent they answered all my questions promptly. My wife who is handicapped from a stroke adjusted quickly to all its features and ease of use. We just returned from the 4th of July celebration in NYC where she used it extensively on the crowded streets on Manhatten. United airlines shipped it no charge without any problems as long as the battery was removed which we shipped FedEx ground to our hotel a few days earlier.
Here are some suggestions to make it even better.
1. Have a key to help prevent it from being stolen
2. Put a small shock absorber into seat post
3. Offer some accessories such as a retractable cable lock, rear flashing red light. Resr view mirror etc
All in all this was a totally great experience.
Thanks for a great experience

Comfortable and smooth navigation
I absolutely love my Hoverfly T3 Folding Powered Mobility Scooter! It has completely restored my independence, allowing me to run errands and enjoy outdoor parks with ease. The folding mechanism is incredibly smooth and lightweight enough that I can easily lift it into my car trunk without any hassle. It drives beautifully, feels stable on different surfaces, and the battery life has been fantastic for my long day trips. If you are looking for a reliable, travel-friendly scooter that doesn't compromise on comfort.
