Hoverfly Return Policy
The HOVERFLYS.COM team thanks you for shopping at hoverflys.com. We believe in the quality of our products and hope they bring you a pleasant experience. However, if you find that the item is not to your liking or if the product was damaged during warehousing or logistics, please carefully read and follow the return policy below to process your return.
Return and Refund Policy
All items purchased from Hoverflys.com store come with a 30-day return service. All returned products must be brand new and unused, with the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it shows no obvious signs of use, damage, or mileage, we will issue a full refund using the payment method you initially used at Hoverflys.com.
Note:
- For orders that meet a certain order quantity or a certain order amount when purchasing to enjoy a discount, when partially refuned, the discount amount will not be refunded.
- There is a strict no returns policy on parts. All sales final. If you want to make sure you are purchasing the correct part please contact our customer service.
Return Shipping Costs
A restocking fee of up to $100 may be applied. You only need to pay for the shipping costs incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. If there is no tracking, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Unless there is a shipping error on our part, all return/exchange shipping costs due to customer actions must be borne by the customer, and the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refused Delivery (Electric Bikes) – Fixed Fee
If you refuse delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fixed fee of $250 per electric bicycle to partially cover shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders once shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return (if the order is returned to us) and refund the purchase price via your original payment method, minus $250. Please note, to obtain a refund, you must notify HOVERFLY of any refused deliveries. Otherwise, refunds for refused items will be significantly delayed.
Refused Delivery (Electric Scooters) – Fixed Fee
If you refuse delivery of an order you requested us to ship, we reserve the right to charge a fixed fee of $50 per electric scooter to partially cover shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders once shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return (if the order is returned to us) and refund the purchase price via your original payment method, minus $50. Please note, to obtain a refund, you must notify HOVERFLY of any refused deliveries. Failing to do so will significantly delay your refund for refused items.
Return Procedure, COD, and Timing
Please contact our customer service team using the “Contact Us” information below. After processing your return, we will notify you via the archived email address. Most refunds will appear on your payment card or account within 72 hours (or on your next paper statement) after processing.
Steps to Process a Return
1. Contact our support team with order number, image/video: support.us@hoverflys.com.
2. Pack the product in its original packaging with foam inserts to ensure it is returned undamaged.
3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will refund your payment within 2-3 business days.
Items Returned During Shipping
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been processed, please contact us to inform us. In some cases, the product may be delivered after the cancellation request. If this is the case, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
Incorrect Address
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned by the carrier. Please carefully enter your address and check for any errors before submitting your order. The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Recipient Refusal
If you place an order as a gift, the recipient may refuse it if they do not want to receive the gift. You may want to inform the recipient that they should expect a surprise.
